To empower community leaders, foster connections, and support East King County by collaborating, convening, researching, and providing training and resources to partners dedicated to improving systems intergenerationally.

We bring people together, facilitate connections, and mobilize communities, promoting knowledge-sharing and building strong networks for collective action.
Capacity Building
We empower individuals and organizations through training, mentoring, and providing tools and resources, ensuring they have what they need to make a difference.
Changing Systems
We advocate for lasting change by addressing systemic issues and creating a more equitable community for every child, youth, and young adult. We prioritize community, equity and accountability.
